If you're one of the people that was upset with what the City of Guelph was cooking for the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan, then you may like what they're cooking now. As we close Phase 2, it seems that public criticism has been taken in stride as we get ready to move to Phase 3.

Committee of the Whole Preview - What's on the Agenda for the July 4 Meeting?

It's another busy committee meeting before City Hall takes its summer vacation in August. This month, infrastructure gets the lion's share of the attention with housing, stormwater and design all coming up for discussion along with the big question of what Guelph should do for its bicentennial 10 years hence. 

Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan Nearly Ready for Review

Coming soon, Guelph will heading even further south than Clair Rd. Development in the Clair Rd. area of Guelph has come a long way in the last five to ten years, but now council is looking at the next phase, developing the area south of Clair Rd and north of Maltby Road.
