PRESS RELEASE - Repairs to East Parkade Start Monday

Do you drive downtown regularly? That may be a bit more difficult come Monday as repairs are undertaken at the East Parkade parking structure alongside the Sleeman Centre.
Here's the press release from the City of Guelph:
Guelph, ON, April 8, 2015 – The City is undertaking structural maintenance and repair work in the East Parkade (corner of Macdonell and Woolwich streets), starting on Monday, April 13.
Subject to weather conditions, the work will take approximately four months to complete, and will require some parking levels to be closed.
“We thank East parkade users for their patience and understanding as we continue to ensure the parking lot meets acceptable safety standards”, explained Allister McIlveen, Manager, Transportation Services. “The City will assist permit holders by arranging alternate parking in the downtown core.”
