So we got it out there a week early, but now Guelph Transit is officially looking for your feedback to the proposed routes and schedules for the realignment starting September 3. For those of you who took the time to post your reaction on Politico, Facebook, Reddit and Twitter, you're up!
The City of Guelph is going to be holding information sessions at the following days and times next week:
Monday, March 27 3:30–7:30 p.m. Salvation Army Guelph Citadel
Tuesday, March 28 3:30–7:30 p.m. Willow West Mall
Wednesday, March 29 3:30–7:30 p.m. City Hall, Room 112
Thursday, March 30 Noon–5 p.m. University of Guelph, University Centre
You can follow this link to the City's official page on the realignment and see the schedules and maps. It includes information about the schedule and the frequency of the five new routes being proposed. That information was not available when I ran my original story, but you can check that out too if you like.
In the meantime, there will be an official press briefing on the changes tomorrow (Friday) at 11 am. I will have some questions to ask based on some of the feedback I've received so far. I talk about some of that in a Facebook Live video below.
